Our program is designed for people over 60. The assessment protocol tells us exactly how much exercise people can handle and what the progression might look like. We also have a classification system for all our clients so that they can see where they sit and what their limitations are.
Where are you based?
We have a studio in Ponsonby where we work with most people.
If you live in a retirement village, we will come to you and work with you there.
Who does my assessment?
A trained exercise physiologist will perform your initial movement and mobility assessment.
You will receive a report with clear results and a path to your next steps forward.
Do I get my own personal trainer or health coach?
Yes, you will be assigned a coach who will worth with you. Relationships are at the core of what we do and a long-term relationship with your coach is integral to your success.
