Information we collect
We only collect information that helps us respond to you and provide our services:
- Contact enquiries. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the message you send us.
- Free strength test. When you complete our online strength-test quiz, we collect the answers and contact details you provide so we can arrange your assessment. The quiz is provided through Youform.
- Newsletter. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address.
- Website usage. Like most websites, we automatically collect anonymous usage data (such as pages visited, device type and approximate location) through analytics cookies to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange your free strength test or coaching.
- To provide, manage and improve our services.
- To send you updates or offers, only if you have signed up to receive them.
- To understand and improve how our website performs.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, where advertising cookies are in use.
We will never sell your personal information.
Service providers we use
We use trusted third-party services to run our website and communicate with you. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us:
- EmailJS — delivers contact-form enquiries to our inbox.
- Youform — hosts our online strength-test quiz.
- Mailchimp — manages our newsletter sign-ups.
