Build strength, stay independent,
stay mobile.
Our Approach
Our approach is built around you, helping you get stronger and more mobile so daily life feels easier and more enjoyable.
Step 1: Initial Consult
In your initial consultation we will determine key metrics that are critical to your physical strength & fitness. This will help us decide what further testing is needed to reach your goals.
Step 2: Clinical Exercise Testing
We personalise the testing based on your needs, which will enable us to build your first 90 days. The testing consists of research backed strength and mobility data, which helps us build exercise programs that just WORK
Step 3: Your First 30 days
You will meet your personal strength coach who will guide you through your exercise planning, your first program and review your goals. You will get 8 sessions with them per month.
Step 4: Review & Check-In
We retest and review the most important parts of your program. Together we'll uncover what's working and what we need to add to improve the program
